Rivers Edge Board and Lodge is licensed by the State of Minnesota for residents who are diagnosed with a mental illness and/or chemically dependent. Rivers Edge offers housing support designed to assist individuals with sobriety and independent living. Rivers Edge promotes a safe, sober and comfortable living environment while encouraging independence. Rivers Edge offers multiple locations varying in levels of care provided.
*30 days of sobriety is required prior to admission.*
Pine River, MN
House 1 facility offers housing support with supplemental services (Rate 2) staffed 8am-10pm daily. Staff monitors medication administration and provides 3 nutritional meals per day that are prepared and cooked. Random UA's will be administered. All Rivers Edge staff have completed the Vulnerable Adult Mandated Reporter Training and passed the Minnesota State background check.
Food, Wi-Fi, Cable and all utilities are included in rent.

House 2, 3, and 4 offer housing support without supplemental services (Rate 1). Our mission is to maintain a tenant/landlord relationship providing residents with the opportunity to acquire skills and experience that will enable them to ultimately live independently.
Check-ins are made routinely to ensure house chores, cleanliness and healthy grooming are being maintained. UA's are administered, as needed.
A mental health practitioner is available 24-7 for resident assistance.
Food, Wi-Fi and all utilities are included in rent.
